(NECN) - MassMutual Financial Group CEO Roger Crandall talks about the company’s incredible growth year, their new products and what they’re doing with tax incentives from the state of Massachusetts.

MassMutual has been in business about 160 years and they count more than 3 million clients.

The company ranks #121 on the latest Fortune 500 and has 6,700 employees with about $508 billion in assets under management.

“We had a great year and I’m really fortunate to lead a great company,” Crandall says.
