(NECN) - Massport CEO Tom Glynn shares words of wisdom about leadership and he's had a lot of experience. Glynn has done everything from running the MBTA, to being the COO of Partners Health Care along with some other stops along the way.

Glynn said he is glad to be back working in transportation. There are a certain amount of trips that have to be delivered every day for the public, Glynn noted, making it easy to measure success.
