(NECN) - Although Massport is known best for running Logan International Airport, the agency is also in charge of Boston's cruise terminal and cargo ports, not to mention the prime waterfront land it owns.

In 2013, more than 382,000 passengers and 116 ships made way through the Black Falcon Terminal. Glynn said he hopes the reason behind the record numbers is good customer service.

Massport CEO Tom Glynn also discussed change along the waterfront from cruising, to shipping to building.
