(NECN) - Fifty-nine percent of small business owners say it’s harder to run a business than ever before.
That’s where Constant Contact comes in. CEO Gail Goodman talks about how they help small to medium-sized businesses.
Goodman shares some fundamentals of social media campaigns, including her biggest piece of advice.
"Be natural. I definitely see people trying to force things a little bit. Just talk to your customers in the same voice you would if they were standing in front of you," said Goodman. "And stay in your sweet spot. Certainly the biggest mistake I see is when people merge their personal and their professional."
