Emirates Increasing Capacity on Newly-introduced Boston Route

Emirates will soon be switching a plane used in its newly-introduced Boston to another, adding passenger and cargo capacity.

The Boeing 777-200LR currently operating the route will be switched to a larger Boeing 777-300ER aircraft on Aug 1.

The Boeing 777-300ER will offer 88 additional Economy Class seats, which adds a 40 percent increase in seating. This is in addition to offering customers a choice of eight First Class Suites and 42 Business Class seats.

The airline said the demand for increased capacity and cargo sparked the change.
