(NECN) - For at least one industry, January is a great month for business.

After the season of holiday indulgence comes resolutions to work out in the New Year, and that means a big spike in memberships at local gyms and health clubs, including the Dedham Health and Athletic Complex in in Dedham, Mass.

Facility Director Lars Lambros and Director of Exercise Physiology Guy Caracciolo joined NECN Business to talk about how gyms are handling the increase in business and what they're doing to help their members stick to their New Year's resolution.
