Shipyard Brewing Co. has filed a trademark lawsuit against a Missouri brewery.

The Portland, Maine, brewery claims that Logboat Brewing Co.'s Shiphead beer infringes upon its trademark, according to the Portland Press Herald. It also says Logboat's packaging is similar in color to Shipyard's.

The newspaper said Shipyard is asking for a court injunction and unspecified damages.

Neither brewery has commented publicly on the suit.
