Sue Liang of Asulia Foods joined NECN to continue a series of interviews with finalists in the start-up accelerator program Mass Challenge.
Asulia Foods is a fusion-vegan food company based out of Boston. "We really believe in nutrition and the value of education," said Liang.
Asulia has three types of handcrafted fusion dumplings available right now: Kale Shiitake, Chickpea Curry and Taro Root Sesame.
Liang feels the company will fit in well within the health food market in the area.
