Serious injuries were reported from a two-car crash in Woburn Sunday evening, according to authorities.

The accident, on Interstate 95 near Exit 54, also led two lanes of the highway to be closed, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation reported.

Officials said to expect delays in the area as the scene is processed.
