A 73-year-old New Hampshire man was arrested on May 23, 2016 for sexually assaulting two separate victims.
Robert Magoon of Tilton, is facing three felony charges of aggravated sexual assault that allegedly occured at The Pines Community Center in Northfield.
His arrest is a result of a current investigation by the Northfield Police Department and the Office of the Merrimack County Attorney.
Magoon had been a long time, part-time employee at The Pines.
He was arraigned on May 24, 2016 at 10 a.m., and his case was assigned to a public defender.
His bail is set at $150,000.
He is due back in court on May 31, 2016.
