(NECN: Grafton, Mass.) - Traffic is backed up on the Massachusetts Turnpike eastbound at mile marker 98 in Grafton.
This, after a pickup truck hit a tractor-trailer that was stopped in the breakdown lane.
The driver of the truck was trapped and required extrication by emergency officials. The driver has been transported to a hospital by medical helicopter.
The eastbound lane is now closed.
This is a separate accident from the one that involved a truck carrying corn this morning.
