(NECN) - Meteorologist Tim Kelley says that the skies will be a mix of clear and cloudy, with highs in the single digits in the North Country, 20s in central New England and in the 30s in the south. Wind will blow west-northwest 15-25 mph with higher gusts, making wind chill values some 10 degrees colder.
