Afternoon Forecast: Scattered Rain, Snow

(NECN) - Meteorologist Matt Noyes says there will be scattered rain and snow squalls in the North Country, then clearing. Temperatures plummet into the single numbers north, 10s south. Northwest wind 15-30 mph with gusts to 55 mph may cause isolated damage.

Tuesday will be windy and cold. Mostly sunny. High in the 10s north and 20s south with wind chill values running 10 degrees colder. Northwest wind gusting to 45 mph early, gradually diminishing through the afternoon.
