(NECN) - A company that applied for a casino license at the last-minute in Massachusetts is eyeing a slots parlor in Danvers.
PPE Casino Resorts is based out of Baltimore, Md.
Danvers officials tell the Boston Globe that the company is considering a 100,000-foot slots parlor at the Liberty Tree Mall.
The company was one of eleven that submitted a $400,000 application fee to the state gaming commission earlier in January.
