(NECN) - A Brockton, Mass. man pleaded not guilty Monday to an eighth charge of operating under the influence.
William Doten, 65, was arraigned from a hospital bed.
He’s also pleaded not guilty to a charge of operating a vehicle after a license suspension.
Doten is being held without bail until a dangerousness hearing on January 23.
