(NECN) - Is it possible to lose weight while you sleep?
Dr. Caroline Apovian, the director of nutrition and weight management at Boston Medical Center says it is.
She's the author of the new book "The Overnight Diet".
She shares some of the advice in her book, and says it can help you lose weight. She says one of the key components is sleep, and that if a person does not get eight hours of sleep a night, hunger hormones will work against them.
