Connecticut Superintendent Out of Job Over Facebook Comments

(NECN) - A Connecticut school superintendent is out of a six-figure job after getting into some Facebook trouble.

The Windsor Locks Board of Education is forcing David Telesca to resign after comments he made on his Facebook page.

Telesca wrote that he slept in until 10 a.m. on his first day on the job. He also wrote about counseling an administrator to retire or face termination.

Telesca will continue receiving his salary for six months or until he finds a new job, whichever is sooner.
