Dish: Baja Shrimp Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients:
4 oz. Salsa Fresca
Avocado
5 oz. Cooked Shrimp 31/40
Fresh Lime Juice 1 tbsp
Chipotle Paste 1 tsp
Kosher Salt - pinch
Lime Wedge
Iceberg Lettuce Wraps
In a bowl, combine shrimp, avocado, and salsa fresca. Add lime juice, chipotle paste, and
salt. Gently mix. Serve with lime wedge, and lettuce leaves - to be used as wraps.
