(NECN) - Lawrence, Mass. police have interviewed the owner of the bus company and the driver after parents say the driver forgot to drop off their 2-year-old son at home from day care Friday afternoon.
Police say there was apparently some confusion about which child should get dropped off at which location.
It was the day care bus driver's first day. The driver told police the child was never left alone, and was not the last child dropped off.
The investigation is ongoing.
