(NECN) - Martin Scorcese's new film, Shutter Island, hits theaters on Friday.
While the story takes place on a fictional island off the coast of Boston, it does resemble many of the real islands in the Boston Harbor.
Christopher Klein, author of Discovering the Boston Harbor Islands, was a guest on NECN Morning and shared the history of some of those islands.
