(NECN) - Lawyers for former Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling will be in court Wednesday, looking to dismiss a lawsuit filed against his now-bankrupt video game company.
The Rhode Island Economic Development Corp. says there is "crushing evidence" Schilling and others concealed financial information about 38 Studios money woes.
The state agency approved a $75 million loan guarantee to move the company from Massachusetts.
Schilling has called the suit political.
