(NECN: Greg Wayland: Bostono) - Health officials in and around Boston are doing all they can to keep people protected from the flu -- a day after the mayor declared a public health emergency in the city.
Vaccines are high on the list of recommendations for people to protect themselves. Health officials are also telling people to take other steps.
