(NECN: Boston, Mass.) - Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick will be sworn in to a second term in office at the Massachusetts State House today. The live streraming coverage begins with the Interfaith Prayer service at 9:30 a.m. at Old South Church, and continues with the beginning of the formal swearing-in ceremony at 11 a.m.
The joint session of the Massachusetts House and Senate where the swearing-in will take place will be called to order at about 12 noon, and the swearing-in itself and Inaugural Address are expected shortly after 12:30 p.m.
