A Vermont man is being held without bail, accused of killing his daughter's boyfriend and burying his body beneath a manure pile.
Stephen Pelletier, 58 pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in court Wednesday.
Police say he admitted to shooting 25-year-old Michael Wisell in the head as the two were stacking firewood.
He said Wisell, who was living with the family in Castleton, had been physically abusing his daughter.
