Mass. Spa Busted for Alleged Prostitution

(NECN) - West Bridgewater, Mass. police have busted a spa for allegedly providing sex along with massages.

Police say the 888 Spa on West Center street has been shut down after an undercover officer was offered sex for money.

Investigators say the spa was originally fined by the state shortly after it opened last July for license violations.

They say spa ownership changed hands and tried to get around the law by providing "Asian body works", which is not regulated, instead of massages.

Police say three or four employees will face charges of sexual conduct for a fee. The owners will be charged with driving proceeds from prostitution.
