(NECN: Matt Noyes) - NECN Meteorologist Matt Noyes says the center of our winter storm is churning over Cape Cod this morning, bringing high winds and heavy snow to much of New England.
Along the coast in some areas, the rain is now turning back into pasty snow, but snow will begin to wind down from west to east as the day progresses, lingering latest in parts of Maine.
Tonight, we will see clearing skies and colder temperatures, with lows ranging from zero or below in the north to teens in the south.
