New Hampshire Man Faces Charges After Fatal Motorcycle Crash

(NECN: Lauren Collins, Plaistow, NH) - Police say a woman riding in a charity motorcycle race was killed by a drunken driver. That man is now facing a judge in Plaistow, New Hampshire.

Police say 46-year-old Randall Stewart was arrested Saturday in
Hampstead after his car crashed into two motorcycles that were
participating in a charity fundraiser.

The crash killed 49-year-old Marceline Weaver of Salem. Weaver
was riding with her husband, who suffered minor injuries, but the
rider on the other motorcycle, James Sousa also of Salem, remains
in critical condition.

Stewart faces charges of negligent homicide and driving while intoxicated.
