NH Mother Guilty of Exploiting Teen Daughter for Porn

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A jury has convicted a New Hampshire lawyer of exploiting her 14-year-old daughter to produce child pornography.

Jurors had the case for less than an hour Thursday.

U.S. Attorney John Kacavas said the 43-year-old woman acted not like a mother, but as the girl's "pot pusher, her pornography producer and her predator."

Two men testified they had sex with the woman and with her daughter multiple times during separate encounters last year, one in Canada and the other at the attorney's home. They said the woman recorded several of the sexual encounters.

The Associated Press doesn't typically identify victims of sexual assault; it is not naming the mother to avoid identifying the girl.

The woman's lawyer said she didn't force or prompt her daughter to engage in the sex acts.
