November to Remember

(NECN: Greg Wayland) - The leaves are down, but the mercury's still up.

Blue Hills Observatory has been documenting the historic weather.

"So here we have a graph of November average temperature going all the way back to 1885. Here is this year on the far right. And we're projecting it to be the warmest on record here at Blue Hill," said weather observer Sean Frankhauser.

"This month we've had quite a bit of high pressure. We've been stuck in a pattern where we have the warm conditions here in the eastern half of the United States and the western half of the United States has been cold."

NECN reporter Greg Wayland has more on the mild weather.
