Official: Reports of Tornado in Litchfield, Conn, ‘not Factual'

(NECN: Litchfield, Conn) Leo Paul, first selectman of Litchfield says reports of a tornado touchdown are "not factual."

"The reports of the damage that we're seeing does not appear to be indicative of that," Paul said.

He says the storm came through with heavy rain and winds, with about a dozen trees reported down and a couple of road closures, but
