(NECN) - Chelmsford, Mass. Police confirm a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Boston Road while crossing the street Tuesday.
According to police, the victim, a male in his 60s, suffered a head injury and was taken to Lowell General Hospital. There is no word on his condition.
The driver of the vehicle stopped and is cooperating with authorities, Chelmsford Police say.
