Police Bust Underage Drinking Party in Wrentham, Mass.

(NECN: Scot Yount, Wrentham, Mass.) - Four people are due in court Monday, after more than a dozen people were taken into custody at - what police described as - an underage drinking party at a motel in Wrentham, Mass.

Officers were reportedly called to the Arbor Inn just after midnight Saturday for a report of a noise complaint.

Upon arrival to room no. 38, police say they found 31 people inside the motel room, along with a number of opened beer containers as well as hard liquor.

Of the 31 people in the room, two were 21-year-olds, four were juveniles, and 25 were between the ages of 17 and 20.

The room was rented under Marc McLaughlin, 21, of Raynham.

Four people were arrested and held on $40 bail, including: Robert Ruiz-Pollatano, 19; Tevin Bell, 18; Ian Goldschmidt, 19; and Matthew Hilchey, 18.

McLaughlin and Alyssa Payznot were charged with furnishing alcohol to minors.

The 25 other young adults charged of minors in possession of alcohol.

Police say they also found marijuana in the motel room.

The four charged were expected to be arraigned in court on Monday. The others, who were released to the custody of their parents, were expected to be summonsed to court at a later date.
