(NECN: Melissa Toupin) - Worcester's police chief is speaking out about Tuesday's shootout between several officers and a 20-year-old man on Grafton Street.
The man allegedly opened fire on police, before he was shot and injured by an officer's bullet. But the chief says things could have been much worse.
