(NECN: Mount Pleasant, NY) - The Mount Pleasant Police Department held a press conference this morning to discuss the investigation into the shooting of Danroy "D.J." Henry.
The Pace University football player from Easton, Massachusetts was fatally shot outside a Thornwood, New York bar last weekend. Chief Louis Alagano made it clear that despite media reports to the contrary, he does not know who shot Henry.
The parents of Henry say they want "the absolute truth."
"This will be a lengthy investigation," says Chief Louis Alagano.
Chief Alagano says authorities are seeking a blonde woman who rendered aid to an officer and to Henry.
