(NECN: Eileen Curran, Shrewsbury) - There has been a serious pool accident at St. John's high school in Shrewsbury.
The Worcester's DA office confirms that this is a near drowning case of a 7-year-old boy who is believed to be a camper at St. John's.
The boy was transported to UMASS Memorial and state police are investigating.
The Worcester's DA office confirm they received the call a little after 2p.m.
