(NECN) - Town officials in Arlington, Mass. say a rabid raccoon bit three people over the weekend.
According to officials, all of the victims were treated at the hospital.
The raccoon bites happened in the Morningside portion of town, and people across the town have reported seeing sick animals.
Officials are urging all residents to vaccinate their pets against rabies, keep garbage covered and to not approach wild animals.
If you've seen animals acting strangely in town, you're asked to call Arlington Police.
