(NECN) - After denying doping charges that led him to being stripped of his seven Tour de France titles, Lance Armstrong may change course.
According to The New York Times, Armstrong told associates he may consider confessing to using of performance-enhancing drugs.
The paper said Armstrong wants to resume his athletic career in triathlons.
Armstrong has been banned for life from cycling and cannot compete in athletic events sanctioned by the U.S. and World Anti-Doping Agencies.
