(NECN: Julie Loncich, Lawrence, Mass.) - Police have taken Jose Luis Tejada into custody in connection with the shooting death of three in Lawrence, Mass. early Monday morning.
Milka Rivera, 39, and her two children, Sachary Montanez, 19, and Max Montanez, 16, were found shot to death in a bedroom in their apartment.
Tejada, 40, was reportedly Rivera's boyfriend for at least five years. He confessed to a neighbor and police arrested him a short time later at a nearby apartment complex.
He is scheduled to be arraigned in Lawrence on Tuesday morning.
