(NECN) - A new study shows that more people have a significant other at work.
The study focused on the so called "work spouse" and the attitude towards and influence of these companions.
According to Jacqueline Olds, associate clinical professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, long hours spent in the workplace can lead people to form close relationships with their colleagues -- relationships that can sometimes be a danger to their primary relationships.
Joining NECN was Scott Marder from Captivate Network, which did the study.
