Arrest Made in Robbery of 65-Year-Old Woman

A warrant has been used for Jerald “JJ” Leith, 26, of Nashua, New Hampshire

One New Hampshire man has been arrested and a warrant has been issued for another in connection with the robbery of a 65-year-old woman last Wednesday.

Police in Nashua received an anonymous tip identifying a suspect displayed in surveillance photos online.

That man was identified as Bradley Bernard, 35, of Hudson, who has been charged with Attempt to Commit Theft- Consolidation, Receiving Stolen Property, and two counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card.

Bernard is accused of using the victim’s credit card and attempting to use her debit card to withdraw more than $1,500.

He was released on $3,000 bail and will be arraigned on Sept. 30.

A second suspect has been identified as being responsible for the actual robbery. A warrant has been used for Jerald “JJ” Leith, 26, of Nashua.
