Citizens Bank is granting $35,000 to a nonprofit organization that dedicates itself to serving its community as part of its Champions in Action program.
Applications from established non-profits that focus on helping veterans and military families are now being accepted by the program.
In addition to the unrestricted funds, winners will also receive volunteer support from Citizens Bank to enhance the organization’s charitable efforts. The winning nonprofit will be featured on necn through a series of television profiles and service announcements.
