The trial of a fourth defendant charged with raping a University of Massachusetts student in her Amherst dorm room three years ago is scheduled to start.
Caleb Womack's trial is expected to begin Monday in Hampshire Superior Court in Northampton.
The 20-year-old Womack, of Enfield, Connecticut, had been scheduled for trial on Nov. 16, but a psychologist testified that Womack suffered from depression and was unable to make rational decisions. He was ruled competent last week.
Womack denies having sex with the woman.
Prosecutors say four suspects, all teens at the time, visited the woman in October 2012. They were not UMass students but knew her.
The woman said she drank alcohol and smoked marijuana with the teens but didn't consent to sex.
The three other defendants were convicted.
