Police ID North Stonington Homicide Victim

A 31-year-old man is dead after a shooting in North Stonington on Wednesday and state police said they have identified a person of interest in the homicide.

State troopers responded to 628 Lantern Hill Road at 4:15 p.m. to investigate a shooting and found the shooting victim, Ralph Sebastian Sidberry, a resident of the residence.

Sidberry was transported to the hospital and died sometime later, according to police.

Police said they have identified a person of interest and there is no threat to the public, but they have not released the person's name.
