Cops Seize More Than 120 Marijuana Plants From Property

Charlton, Mass. Police say Erik Osterberg faces drug charges

A man was arrested for growing more than 120 marijuana plants on a Charlton, Massachusetts, property, authorities said.

Erik Osterberg faces charges of cultivating a class D substance for allegedly growing the marijuana plants at 321 Partridge Rd.

Charlton Police say they responded to the property with members of the Massachusetts State Police and the DEA/National Guard task force to investigate a large grow operation that was spotted during a fly over in the "Marijuana Eradication Project."

As a result, more than 120 plants were found and seized as evidence, according to police.
