A Boston Department of Public Works worker will face a judge Monday morning on charges of heroin possession.
Kenneth Clark, 49, was arrested Friday morning.
Clark has been placed on unpaid leave as police continue to investigate.
In a statement, Boston Mayor Marty Walsh says the arrest is unacceptable.
