A video of the head baseball coach of the Boston College Eagles, Mike Gambino, taking on the ice bucket challenge is going viral.
And unless you've been living under a rock, you've at least heard or seen many of your friends doing the same thing.
The challenge aims to raise awareness for ALS, or Lou Gehrig's disease.
One person affected by it is 29-year-old Pete Frates, who Mike helped coach for two years while playing for the eagles.
Gambino joined us in the studio to talk about the Ice Bucket Challenge and its growing popularity.
Gambino said that Frates was an unbelievable leader who put the team ahead of himself.
