A former Secret Service Agent will serve 20 to 40 years in New Hampshire State Prison after pleading guilty to child sexual assault charges.
Wilbur “Tom” Clark pleaded guilty to charges of two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assaults of a child, one count felonious sexual assault, and one misdemeanor of obscene matter.
The 70 year old, who was a Secret Service Agent for over two decades, assaulted a child under 13 at his home in in East Kingston and on one occasion provided the child with obscene pornographic images.
In Rockingham County Superior Court, Clark received an additional suspended consecutive sentence. He will be eligible for a three year reduction if he completes the sex offender program.
