A grand jury has voted not to indict a garbage truck driver in the death of a bicyclist in Boston.
Owen McGrory was struck and killed by the garbage truck back in April.
The truck driver told police he thought he had hit a pothole.
The attorney representing McGrory's widow said she will be filing a wrongful death lawsuit.
