59-Year-Old Killed in 2-Vehicle Collision

Police say the truck tipped on its side and spilled 800 gallons of fuel and kerosene on the road

Police say a 59-year-old woman was killed in a two-vehicle collision in Farmington, Maine.

Police say the woman was traveling east on Farmington Falls Road Tuesday night when her car crossed the lane into opposing traffic and was struck head-on by a fuel truck.

The Farmington woman's identity was not released.

Police say the truck tipped on its side and spilled 800 gallons of fuel and kerosene on the road. The two occupants in the truck were not injured.

Police are investigating.
