A winter storm delayed Planet Dog's 10th Annual Valentine's Day Canine Cocktail Party and Dog-Kissing Contest until Sunday. The event represents an opportunity for pets and their owners to socialize with beer, wine and treats at the Planet Dog Company Store in Portland, Maine.
Attendees are also encouraged to receive sloppy kisses from their canine best pals. Last year Linda Walton of Saco, Maine, and her dog Beau won the contest with a smooch that dragged on for nearly 46 seconds.
